Imagine having your mind controlled, your secret thoughts revealed and predictions made about your imminent future — all through the screen and from your own home.
Mental Amusements is a brand new, interactive, virtual mind-reading show created and performed by award-winning mentalist Vinny DePonto. Inspired by his annual tradition of visiting Coney Island in New York, Vinny uses a combination of psychological tricks and illusions to take you on an amazing and entertaining journey through the mind.
You will be granted admission into a carefully crafted carnival designed exclusively for the virtual stage.

HOW IT WORKS
1. BOOK YOUR TICKET – A limited number of FRONT ROW Experience Tickets allows guests to participate in the show on screen. A GENERAL VIEWING Experience Ticket allows guests to watch the performance without being seen or heard. Ticket prices are “per household.”
2. LOG IN VIA LINK – Click a secret link and you’re in!
3. GET SETTLED IN – Grab a drink and a memorable item from around the house.
4. HAVE A BLAST! Let’s all meet under the ferris wheel for a much-needed evening of wonder and enchantment.
REQUIREMENTS
1. THIS IS A LIVE ONLINE EVENT – You must have a computer or mobile device with high-speed internet access. And because this is a live show, you can only watch it on the date and time it takes place.
2. THIS EVENT USES A VIDEO CONFERENCING PLATFORM – To participate in the Front Row Experience, you must have audio/video conferencing capability, i.e., camera and microphone. The General Viewing Experience only requires a device with speakers.

Vinny DePonto
The work of theatre-maker and mentalist Vinny DePonto uses a combination of psychological tricks, illusion, visual art, and immersive storytelling. The New York Times has said, “Mr. DePonto’s craftsmanship consistently impresses.” And the New York Daily News calls DePonto’s one-man performance “Breathtaking.” Buzzfeed calls him “Engaging, suspenseful, and baffling…” His recent stage show Charlatan was nominated for a Drama Desk Award for Unique Theatrical production. In addition to his live performances, DePonto’s consulting work was featured in the most recent production of Angels in America on Broadway, in Lincoln Center’s Ghostlight, and in hit television shows on The Discovery Channel, NBC, and Netflix. He is also a member of the Bessie-Award winning immersive theatre group Third Rail Projects. He enjoys the aroma of antique shops, colorful socks, and your deep, dark secrets.
