THE REMAINS is a comedy-drama that centers on Theo and Kevin who made history as one of the first legally married same-sex couples in America. They gather their families for what appears to be an ordinary Sunday dinner. But as conversations over lasagna and wine give way to difficult questions, the couple reveals a life-changing decision that challenges everyone’s assumptions about love, commitment and what makes a marriage endure. Funny, compassionate, and emotionally resonant, THE REMAINS explores love, loss and the ways families come together, and come apart, when faced with life’s most difficult decisions.
Running time: 1 hour, 30 minutes with no intermission.
